A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also important. Don't overlook that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. You need to help to make your body as strong as possible.

The ingredients needed to cook Okra:

  1. Get of Oil.
  2. Provide of Potato - 1 medium size.
  3. Use of Red onion - 1 medium size.
  4. Get of Okra - 1/2 kg or 400 grams.
  5. Prepare of Tomato - 1 Roma medium size.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Red chili powder.
  7. Use 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
  8. Get 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  9. Use 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  10. Get of Garlic cloves - 3 chopped.
  11. You need of Coriander.
  12. Provide of Salt.

Instructions to make Okra:

  1. Okra, which is henceforth will be called Bhindi, needs to be cleaned properly. So wash that shit and like dry it with paper towels. If you soak it in water then it'll get slimy and gross. I don't recommend. You can avoid the whole cutting and washing process by buying frozen cut okra at the grocery store. It'll be in the frozen food area - under the south asian section. It'll be cheaper too..
  2. Okay, so make small round pieces of the bindhi. Fry them in oil (in a pan) in like high temperature. Idk how your family likes the color of the bindhi. So fry it till desired color. Btw i personally like bhindi when it's like dark green to brownish. But others don't like it that dark. So like see whatever's works. After frying it keep aside. Drain all that oil out (you can keep aside for future use).
  3. In the same pan, with like 2 tsp of oil on medium-high heat. Fry 1 onion. I hate big chunks of onions or tomato in food - so i put the onion or tomato in a blender till it's like a puree and then use that. Anyways, so i fry the onions till transparent. Then add garlic 3 cloves chopped. Stir that around for a minute then add 1 tomato, 1 potato and a little coriander. Like just like 5 leaves, but chopped. Let it cook for a minute..
  4. The add all the spices: Red chilli powder - half tsp leveled Tumeric powder- half tsp leveled Corinader powder - half tsp leveled Cumin powder - half tsp leveled Salt as desired (For reference i usually put 1 full tsp) with 3/4 cup water. Cook on medium heat. When the potato is almost done (you can check by either like stabbing it with a fork - if it goes through easily it's done) then add Bhindi. Let it cook till potato completely cooks and oil separates. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. We're done bitches yass. Have it with whatever you want. I have it with roti, ot whole wheat pita bread. Which you can get at the grocery store at the bread section. You can also get paratha which is in the south asian section of the freezer section of the grocery store. I know messed up that sentence. I am aware. Will i fix it tho? Nah. Oh! You can even have with rice. Or, you can have it alone. Peace..
