  1. Get 3 of eggs.
  2. You need 4 tbsp of risoni, boiled in 1 cup of water + 1 tsp salt, strained then set aside.
  3. Get 1 of baby carrot, peeled and julienned.
  4. Provide 2 tbsp of chopped celery.

  6. Take 50 gr of mozzarella, grated or chopped roughly.
  7. You need 1/4 of onion, sliced thinly.

  1. Heat the oil in a pan (medium). Add onion and stir until a bit translucent. Add carrot, then boiled risoni..
